How to order

Our online sales department has tried to make this process as easy as possible for our customers. When you have selected the product you want, simply click on the ‘Add To Basket’ button to put the item into your basket contents. You can update the quantities of each item, add new items or even remove some completely if you change your mind (just zero out / amend the quanties as needed). Please feel free to continue shopping as per your requirements.

You can click on the ‘view basket’ button at the top of the screen at time to view and alter your order.

When you have finished shopping simply click the 'checkout' button. You will be asked to either 'log-in' as an account customer, 'create an account' or 'proceed without an account' - choose the appropriate method from the menu, enter all required information, choose your delivery method and click on the ‘Checkout’ button to place your order.

You have the option enter your purchase order reference and any relevant notes.

You will be asked to select your preferred ‘Payment Method’ (Cheque or Credit Card) and to confirm your order details. Upon clicking ‘Place Order' you will be redirected to our secure payment partner (Protx) or provided with a pro forma invoice if you choose to pay by cheque (goods will not be dispatched until payment has successfully been processed).

How to pay

Our online ordering facility allows you to pay over the internet through a secure site (Protx) using your debit or credit card. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment. You will automatically be emailed an invoice.

If you chose to pay by cheque, an email, including a pro-forma invoice, that states your order will be scheduled upon payment receipt and clearance will be issued, upon clearance you will receive another email, including a VAT invoice, that confirms your order has been scheduled into production.

Carriage

Our Carriage charges are based on weight and delivery service selection and include all packing and insurance. Please note, the majority of our goods are designed for industrial applications and dispatched in bulk, as such we review our pricing with our carriers on a regular basis in order to remain competitive.

Next day delivery is available on all stock orders received pre noon (please contact us for stock availability on non-standard products).

We try at all times to ensure our customers have a comprehensive variety of delivery options. Upon order you can specify your delivery requirement.

Standard* – Standard 3 day delivery, Mon-Fri (from dispatch) between 8am – 5pm, UK mainland**.

Next Day* – Guaranteed next day delivery Mon-Fri (from dispatch) between 8am - 5pm, UK mainland**. Please note orders must be received noon to ensure this service.

Next Day / Pre noon* – Guaranteed next day delivery Mon-Fri (from dispatch) before 12pm, UK mainland**. Please note orders must be received noon to ensure this service.

If we cannot facilitate your requirements please contact us, we can offer a variety of other delivery methods including “next day / pre 10.30”, “Saturday service” or “collection” from our Warrington site.

*A signatory must be available to sign for delivered goods.

**UK mainland only – excludes Ireland, the highlands and Islands. As with all export enquiries please contact us for individual carriage pricing.

Delivery

We endeavor to fulfill every order in the shortest possible time. Stock orders should be dispatched within 24 hours (on orders placed pre noon). Non stock items and manufactured goods should typically arrive within 3-5 working days (on next day delivery services). We require all next day orders to be received the previous day, by 12 noon.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Upon order the price paid will be honored.
